JMM presents Work Zone Liability webinar for North Dakota State University Transportation Learning Center. On March 10, 2015, JMM presented the webinar Legal Aspects of Temporary Traffic Control on Highway Work Zones to about 220 participants from Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. The webinar provided an overview of the legal aspects of TTC and discussed ways to minimize tort liability exposure.
