- JMM moderates session at ATSSA Traffic Expo in Phoenix, Arizona. JMM traveled to Phoenix in February 2011 to attend the 41st Annual Convention and Traffic Expo of the American Traffic Services Association (ATSSA). Mr. Morales moderated a power talk session entitled MUTCD – What’s Working and What’s Not. The session addressed work zone practices and issues related to the 2009 Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), both good and bad, and discussed how work zone standards affect both highway contractors and designers.
