- JMM develops state-specific work zone safety courses for Louisiana and Utah.Working for the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), JMM developed Traffic Control Technician (TCT) and Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) as required by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Developement (DOTD) and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT). Both of these agencies now require courses that are specific to their temporary traffic control standards and guidelines, which meet or exceed the national standards included in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The courses will be presented starting in 2013.
