JMM develops and delivers Work Zone Traffic Control Coordinator Training Program for Province of Manitoba, Canada. Working for the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) and the Manitoba Heavy Construction Association (MHCA), JMM developed the Manitoba Work Zone Traffic Control Coordinator training program. The program includes a full 2-day course, exam and workshops; and a Train-the-trainer component, based on the Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation (MIT) standards. The pilot presentation of the course took place in Winnipeg, March 20-21, 2012, during the Manitoba Heavy Construction Expo, presented by MHCA. JMM’s Juan M. Morales was course instructor, attended by over 60 participants. Thanks to Glen Black and the rest of the MHCA staff for their support.
