JMM presents Designing Pedestrian Facilities for Accessibility (DPFA) course.Working for the University of Maryland, JMM’s Juan M. Morales presented this important course on March 14th, 2012. The course discussed the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG), including the proper design of wheelchair ramps and landings, slopes, color contrast, continuous detectable edging, etc. bot in permanent highway facilities and work zones.
