- JMM Develops Pennsylvania-Specific Traffic Control Manager Training Program.Working for the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), JMM developed a Traffic Control Manager (TCM) training program for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). The program consists of a two-day training course, based on PennDOT’s Publication 213, and a a day-long train-the-trainer component. A pilot program presentation was conducted on August 2014 in Harrisburg, PA. Several presentations of the course are scheduled for 2015.
